Features:

Machine Carriage:

The machine carriage includes a carriage for the longitudinal motion on the track, and a transverse carriage moving on the main beam of the longitudinal carriage. The longitudinal carriage is a triangulated design, and is equipped with hardened, adjustable running wheels and guide rollers with ball bearings. This guarantees smooth running and optimum guiding accuracy in longitudinal direction. The transverse carriage, equipped with a rack is used for the simultaneous motion of the torch carriages and the photo-electric control head.

Rails & Rail Stands:

The Rail consists of one Master Rail and one Slave Rail. Both are mounted on easy install and align rail stations. Rails are of 3 mtr. length each and the machine can extend up to a maximum of 6 mtr.

Tracing Table:

Tracing table is used for placing of the drawings and is mounted on the left hand side of the machine. Made of particle board, the table is duly framed and painted mat black. The size of the tracing table is 1000 mm in length and 1500 mm in width.

Co-ordinate Control:

The movement of the machine carriage both in longitudinal and transverse direction is effected by two separated drive units. Pinions transmit the torque of the electromotors via gears to the pinion mounted on the rear track wheel for the longitudinal motion, and the track mounted on the transverse motion. A freewheel mechanical clutch allows easy and accurate positioning of the machine by hand.

Cutting Stations:

The stations are mounted on the connecting arm of the photocell and can be positioned along the arm with the use of bearings and clamp. The torch height can be set through the spur gear rack. A minor Y axis setting spur gear rack is also possible. The The torch is swivelable for (+/-) 45 degrees.

Optional:

• Pneumatic control Cut O2, ON OFF by a solenoid can be provided
• Motorised torch height setting can also be provided
• Machine comes standard with one torch (2 & 4 torch configurations are optional)
